Anxiety is extremely common in today’s society. Many people suffer with debilitating symptoms that come from having anxiety or an anxiety attack. Pharmaceutical medications such as benzodiazepines and antidepressants are commonly prescribed to those suffering with anxiety. The problem is many wish not to take prescribed medication to treat anxiety. Or many wish to use it a last resort. It is therefore important that a potential alternative option be found.
