Chocolate Vanilla Cream Cake Squares

This chocolate dessert is high in protein and with serious flavour! We combine both our Chocolate 8X Whey for the cake and our Vanilla 8X Whey for the filling. This rich dessert is best made a day in advance, to then be refrigerated over night and then consumed chilled.




  • 3 scoops 8X chocolate 
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour 
  • 4 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice 
  • 1tsp baking powder 
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 2 large egg 
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice 



  • 100g cream cheese
  • 3 scoops 8X vanilla
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice 



  1. Mix all cake ingredients till you make a smooth textured batter.
  2. Pour batter into a small lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes on 180 degrees celsius for 10-12 minutes, until desired consistency.

  3. Allow to cool before cutting into squares the slicing through the middle

  4.  For the cream filling; mix the cream cheese, erythritol and 8X vanilla to a smooth paste and spread in the middle of the cooled squares
