Superfood Greens Chia Breakfast Bowl

A Superfood and Chia breakfast bowl recipe that is very quick and easy to make. They say that breakfast may be the most important meal of the day. How do you start your day? We wanted to share a unique recipe that will give you some essential greens to start your day with.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 large pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop Superfood Greens

 

Instructions

This one is really easy. In your blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with a garnish of seeds and oats.
